Some people have said, "you get what you pay for and if he is splitting his commission with you you are getting half the result."
That's not true and the results speak for themselves.
What is true, is that he is fair and honest with his clients and friends. Most agents will give their close friends and family a refund and a discount. Which shows it happens all the time and the service is actually even better when that happens.
The truth is, that Real Estate has sky rocketed and so have commissions. Half of the commission is still very well worth the transaction costs and labor. Selling a 2 million dollar house is not 4 times the work as one that is 500k.
It is simply fair and honest.
It is your equity, you earned it, you should keep it!
